We are licensed Real Estate Brokers who have assisted ove 400+ buyers and sellers in the Tri-Valley since 1987.

We provide real estate service in the Alameda and Contra Costa Counties and specialize in the cities of Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon, and Danville.

                                           Background Information:

Glorian and Joe were both and raised in Oakland, California and both graduated from Castlemont High School.

Upon graduation, Joe joined the Navy and Glorian proceed to San Jose State where she majored in business and then became a stewardess for World Airways.

After the Navy Joe attended Oakland Junior College and then enrolled at Cal Poly at San Luis Obispo where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics in 1964.

They met that year and were married the following year. Joe then joined Control Data Corporation as a computer salesman and Glorian went to work for a property management company.

In 1986 Glorian obtained her real estate license, Joe obtained his the following year.

In 2001 they formed their own company, Wayside Park Realty, located in Pleasanton. In 1967, they purchased a home in Pleasanton, which they still occupy and where they raised three daughters.
